1. Service Provider
Face painting and sensory play services are provided by Klára Juránková, ID No.: 03989844 (hereinafter the "Provider"), under the Malovárna brand.
2. Scope of Services
The Provider offers programs for children, especially:
- face painting,
- sensory play for children from 0 to 1.5 years,
- creative workshops
for private and public events according to individual agreement.
3. Order and Booking
Orders are arranged individually by email, phone or contact form.
A 50% deposit based on the expected service price is required for a binding booking. The date is considered confirmed only after the deposit has been credited to the Provider's account.
The deposit is due on the day the booking is issued, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
4. Price, Transport and Payment Terms
The service price is set individually according to the event type, program length, number of children and location.
A transport fee of CZK 8 is charged for each kilometer travelled. Transport is free for events held within the City of Prague.
The remaining service price is paid in the manner agreed when ordering, usually by bank transfer or in cash at the event venue.
5. Cancellation Terms
Cancellation by the client must be communicated as soon as possible.
In the event of cancellation:
- more than 7 days before the event date, the paid deposit will be refunded in full,
- 7 days or less before the event date, the deposit is forfeited to the Provider as a cancellation fee.
If the event is cancelled due to force majeure (for example illness, serious family reasons or adverse weather preventing an outdoor event), both parties will try to agree on an alternative date.
6. Liability and Safety
The Provider uses safe, verified and suitable materials and maintains hygiene and safety during the program.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for their children throughout the event and stay nearby, especially during sensory play.
7. Personal Data Protection
By submitting the contact form, the client agrees to the processing of personal data for the purpose of handling the inquiry and subsequent communication, in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on malovarna.cz.
8. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions take effect on the date they are published on malovarna.cz.
The Provider reserves the right to amend them. The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always published on the website.
